Favorite Resources :: Gluten-Free :: Alaina Ann
Living a gluten-free lifestyle has been easier than anticipated. Dining out is sometimes a bit tricky, but there are great resources for finding a safe place to eat delicious food.
Below is a collection of my favorite gluten-free resources for dining out, shopping and finding recipes.
Can I Eat Here – this website allows you to enter your allergy and the state you’re planning to dine in. I use this to help find both gluten-free and fish and shellfish free restaurants.
NFCA – the gluten-free diet and dining out tips are both helpful worksheets.
Gluten-Free Living – a great magazine for tips, resources and recipes.
GlutenFree.com – this website is filled with toolkits and various resources to help educate and plan for a gluten-free diet.
Pritikin – Health Benefits of a Gluten-Free Diet – this page explains the overall benefits of a gluten-free diet and also has many helpful resource links at the bottom. Special thanks to Hannah’s Girl Scout Troop for sharing this one with me!
