After an entire year of trying different pie crust recipes, the three gluten-free members of my family have the same favorite.

Glutino’s new and improved Perfect Pie Crust is flaky and delicious. Plus, this crust is incredibly easy to make. We follow the instructions right on the box.

Perfect Pie Crust {Gluten-Free}

1 bag glutino pie crust
3/4 c + 2 tbsp butter
2 eggs
4 tsp vinegar
cold water

  1. Cut cold butter into pats. Work the pats into the mix until it’s crumbly.
  2. Whisk eggs and vinegar together until very foamy. Mix into the dry ingredients.
  3. Stir until the mixture holds together. Add 1 to 3 additional teaspoons cold water, if necessary.
  4. Divide dough in half. Shape into balls and refrigerate or freeze one portion for later use.
  5. Chill other half for an hour or overnight. Allow the dough to rest at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before rolling.
  6. Roll out into two eight inch circles on a piece of parchment paper.
  7. Invert the crust into the prepared pie pan.
  8. Fill and cover to your heart’s desire and bake according to your pie recipe :)

This recipe makes four eight inch pie crusts. Since most of my pie recipes have a crumb topping, I freeze three of the crusts {or make multiple pies}.
