Vegetables have become a big part of my diet that last eight months. Roasted cauliflower is a go-to, easy recipe for me. I enjoy mixing it with white rice.

Roasted Cauliflower {Gluten-Free}

1/2 head cauliflower
Himalayan salt
Onion powder
Garlic Powder
Olive oil

  1. Cut florets off head of cauliflower, into bite size pieces.
  2. Place cauliflower on baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Season with pepper, Himalayan salt, onion powder and garlic powder.
  5. Bake at 350* for 15 to 20 minutes (until tender).
  6. Serve hot!

**Always be sure to check ingredient labels to confirm products are gluten-free.
