Welcome! My name is Alaina, last name Ann. As you may know, I am over a decade into owning a little company centered around the many passions in my life.
Most days are happily spent exploring North America, predominantly public lands, capturing photographs. Stories from living on the road are shared in my heartfelt journal. Separately, the travel blog is a mix of photograph stories, hiking recommendations and sharing the goodness I see through my Nikon lens. My recent favorites are available in the shop, as prints and a yearly calendar.
Dandy, my purple camper van, is cheerfully bright and perfect for long solo road trips. I recently wrote a children’s book about Dandy the Van’s adventures with her three sidekicks. Lainy Cakes (that’s me!), Davey Marshmallow and Divi Sweets. My brother David and sister-in-law Diane are the other two sidekicks and the book illustrators.
When my feet and hiking boots need a break, I shift gears to designing organizational printable sets for home and office use, as well as collateral for small businesses and associations.
