Annual giving to charities is an important part of my life and budget. Keeping track of monetary and material donations is always part of my tax time to do list. Today's printable helps keep your simple donations noted in one place.
The line on the top right allows for the year. Below there's a column for the donation date, charity/organization, details, if it was a new or used item, value and noting whether or not you have a receipt. At the very bottom there are a few long lines for notes.
