To be honest, I do not keep track of my exercises. But you might! And if you do, this printable is an easy way to keep your exercise progress for the day or week in one place.

The line at the top left is for noting the day or week. There's a column for exercises, time, distance, sets, reps, weight and two open columns to track anything that may be missing. There's also a lined notes section at the bottom.
