Ah, fitness. I enjoy working out when hiking and yoga are involved. Otherwise, I need a bit more motivation. Lately, I have wanted to be a bit more proactive with my overall fitness goals. A few areas need a little firming, tightening and an increase in strength. I have spent time looking into ideal exercises to accomplish my goals. While adding this to my existing hiking, walking and yoga practice, a tracking worksheet has proven to be helpful.

This fitness goals worksheet has an area to list your various goals (or specific methods) with an open box for each day of the week to plan or track your accomplishments. The empty line at the top is for writing your name or the week. The notes section at the bottom is great for writing in your victories, future goals and any other information you need to jot down.
