After moving to the Tucson area, just over a year ago, I immediately missed seeing bright green grass. I think this was quite natural for an East Coast girl living in the desert for the first time. After some exploring, I stumbled upon Agua Caliente Park. I quickly fell in love with this park, tucked away on the eastern side of the city. There are HUGE palm trees, small bodies of water and areas with grass and walking trails.

I consider Agua Caliente Park a peaceful place to visit, whether I am capturing photographs, going for a walk or even taking my nephew to visit the many ducks and turtles that swim around in the water.
