Arlington National Cemetery is on my annual list of places to visit. Walking the grounds is a somber and often quiet experience. When living in the area, I participate in the Wreaths Across America program each December.

The Arlington House, The Robert E. Lee Memorial, is located in Arlington National Cemetery. Renovations were underway during my most recent visit.
